Pasta, Mancini Spaghettini

We love this spaghettini in the summer or for a 'light' pasta meal with a bit of olive oil, chopped cherry tomatoes, fresh herbs from the garden, salt and of course a nice dose of parmigiano chesse.   

Add steamed clams for spaghetti alle vongole!

Made only from semolina and water, Mancini pasta is produced only from durum wheat cultivated directly by the company every year.
