Pasta, Organic Busiate Ancient Grain Pasta

At Bona Furtuna, they honor Sicilian history by marrying heirloom grains with modern technology to honor heritage and ensure authentic taste in every one of their different pasta shapes. Traditional to Trapani in Western Sicily, Busiate pasta is formed by twisting strands of dough around “ferros,” thin rods used to create a spiral shape similar to a telephone cord. This Sicilian Busiate pasta is made from 100% organic durum wheat flour and water and bronze died for robust flavor and texture.
