Pandoro is a buttery brioche cake with rich yellow color and delicate vanilla bean fragrance.

Similar to panettone, but without candied fruit and raisins, the cake is baked in a star shaped mold and topped with powdered sugar to resemble the peaks of the Italian Alps.
